  • My parcel was returned to sender, can I request for a refund?"
    If the return was due to unclaim, then I'm afraid, no. Unclaimed packages are because of your negligence in picking up your scheduled package, and not answering/contacting the post for arranged/reattempt delivery. Which is why they had to send back to the sender.
  • Where do you ship from?
    We ship from our partnered factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Every product will be made to order in our factory before shipping out. Manufacture processing time usually takes 3-5 business days. The average transit time is approximately 1-4 weeks AFTER an order is shipped out. However, due to customs inspection and other postponements (like extreme weather or a busy holiday such as Christmas), it may take up to 40 business days. Once your order has left our premise, it is in the hands of the delivery company. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider.
  • Will this item get to me before _____?
    If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
  • What happens if I don't receive my package?
    If you did not provide your phone number as requested upon check out, we will not be responsible for any loss of your package. However if you did, and since this is international shipping, do allow some time for the package to get through customs and sorted to your addresses. If your package still hasn't arrived after 7 weeks, let us know, and we will do our best to assist you♡
